We ship worldwide with logistics partners to be as fast and responsible as possible. These are the rates:

FREE Shipping on all orders €30+

  • Germany 3.50€,  3 days delivery
  • Europe 5€,  3-5 days delivery
We work with DHL tracking numbers. Once your order is confirmed you will receive a confirmation email with all the details and simple steps to follow to keep track of your order.     30 Day Return & Refund Policy

    When you change your mind

    We believe in our products and want you to have the best online shopping experience. That’s why we also offer you a 30-day 100% money-back guarantee (excluding the shipping cost). Products will have to be in their original condition, undamaged, unused and with the complete seal still on. We will help you get the product back to us and we will refund you the purchase, except from the shipping costs.

    To start a return, you can contact us at info@bellydog.de . If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

    Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

    Wrong or Faulty Products

    If you have received incorrect, damaged or faulty items, please provide details (including photos) within 30 days of purchase. We will verify whether you are entitled to a replacement with new products and provide instructions accordingly. Please include your order confirmation number in the subject line so we can find your order easily and process your request promptly. 

    Missing Items

    We understand receiving your order on time and in good condition is important to you; it’s equally important to us! We do absolutely everything possible to ship and deliver your order on time and in good condition.
