Returns

We have a 30 day return policy. Products must be in their original condition, undamaged, unused and with the seal intact. We'll be happy to help you ship the product back to us and we'll refund your purchase, excluding shipping costs. To start a return, you can contact us at info@bellydog.de. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label and instructions on how and where to send your package.
